Studio Lourdes partnered with SKIMS to develop a scalable retail roll-out design program for outlet stores across the United States.
Building on the design language established by the SKIMS flagship, the team created a flexible multi-location retail design system of fixtures, millwork, finishes, lighting and merchandising elements that could be repeated across different stores while adapting to each site.
The project balanced brand consistency with the practical demands of national retail roll-outs. Through value engineering, standardized details and efficient construction methods, Studio Lourdes helped reduce complexity, cost and delivery timelines while preserving the sculptural forms, tonal palette and refined materiality associated with SKIMS.
The program has been implemented at Desert Hills Premium Outlets, Sawgrass Mills, Woodbury Common Premium Outlets and Las Vegas North Premium Outlets, creating a repeatable framework for future outlet store design and retail expansion.
