Lock 8

Studio Lourdes was engaged to lead the FF&E and styling of Lock 8’s new Manhattan workplace, including open work areas, private offices, conference rooms, breakout spaces and a pantry.

The design reflects the partners’ organic, minimal aesthetic through a carefully curated selection of furniture, lighting, planting and signage, all connected back to the Lock 8 brand.

As the project progressed, Studio Lourdes’ role expanded beyond the original scope to include procurement coordination, construction administration and ongoing collaboration with the architect, landlord, contractor and vendors. The team became a trusted point of contact, helping guide decisions, resolve site issues and keep the project moving forward.

Scheduled for completion in August 2026, the workplace is taking shape as a warm, considered environment where every detail contributes to a cohesive and functional whole.
