Studio Lourdes designed Keystone AI’s approximately 8,000-square-foot workplace in Washington, DC, translating the visual language of the company’s New York office into a new, more compact setting.

The project began with programming and test fits to understand how the team would use the space, host clients and grow over time. From there, Studio Lourdes led design development, furniture and finishes, construction administration and final styling.

Because much of the base build was controlled by the landlord, the design relied on thoughtful interventions to bring the workplace closer to Keystone’s identity. The team also coordinated AV, IT, security, furniture and signage vendors to ensure each system came together in the right sequence.

Completed in June 2026, the office opened on schedule as a fully functioning workplace and a new home for Keystone AI in Washington.
